Happy Birthday to The “Puppies”

Today, our “puppies” are two years old.

Thank you for waking up the entire family at 0530, Jelly…but it was worth it.

Most dogs stop being puppies when they are one year old.

Not so fast with Black Labs.

MacKenzie, drying off after a romp in the rain

The party started this morning as Jelly, who was home alone with the dogs having a slumber party with all four, fed them at 0530….and then texted the rest of the family a picture of their bowls, each with two candles….the third text I received this morning, (see next post)

Big Red….same rain…he’s tool cool for a towel….he dries off by rubbing against a couch.

Here is the post that goes back to when I found out they were coming. If you are so inclined, simply type “puppies” into the search box and you can see the dozen or so articles.

Beautiful pups, Ray! Coincidentally, Coleen breeds Labrador retrievers. We have a silver male, two black females, and a chocolate female. As you know, they are awesome dogs, as long as you have a place for them to swim, dig, and chew. :-). Stay well, my friend.
