Tonight, the USC Gamecocks lost to the Georgia Bulldogs.
I forgot the score already.
The loss was softened by watching Brendan Douglas, true freshman tail back from Augusta, GA, play and very play well in his first college game.
Brendan is a super young man that comes from a great family that I have known since 1996 as his parents and I were on the board of Family Honor together. He also was a classmate of our daughter Megan at Aquinas HS where he played both sides of the ball for the “Fighting Irish”
I think you will see his name more and more as the season progresses.
