An Acknowledgement

If he were to be alive, G.K. Chesteron would be 143 years old today. In honor of his birthday and Memorial Day (in the US), I found the following quote:

“The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.”

Chesterton is my answer to the question, If you could spend one hour sitting on a park bench and talking to someone, dead or alive, who would it be?

  2. Love the quote. I would choose Martin Luther King Jr. He had so much to offer this world and I think his wisdom is sorely needed.
