No Words

Well, not exactly.

Sometimes, you  do the best you can, knowing what you know at the time and hoping for the best.  Like the Bob Carlisle song, Butterfly Kisses states, “with all that I’ve done wrong,  I must have done something right”.

Our daughters continue to amaze us with their maturity, never give up attitude  and giving personalities.

#3 daughter (aka Megan)  is currently on a medical mission trip in Uganda.  I wrote about last year’s trip here and threw out a soft pitch for support for her travels.  Several of you stepped up and contributed and we all  thank you.  For those that did, I wanted to let you know that your donations are being put to good use.

Below is a screen shot of an Instagram post and a photo she sent last night.

While the party was going on,  “We Three Volunteers” snuck off  to buy shoes for the kids because  they knew that they wouldn’t need all the spending money they had.

Daddy is proud.

  1. Sounds to me like your daughter had great parents! Also sounds like a great mission trip.
