Amazing, the changes that can occur overnight.
Sleet, driven by 30+ mph wind can be very invigorating.
It has been a bit like that in the UK too of late!

Invigorating…..gonna have to remember that word when the snow comes sideways again! I usually just called it brisk but I like invigorating better.
Before moving to Michigan this summer, We were spoiled by 20 years of South Carolina winters. Prior to that, we were in the Pocono Mts of Northeast PA, so it will come back to us

Ouch. I remember, not so fondly, of the 17 winters spent in Minnesota. There were days I thought I was living in Siberia. We’re having a mild autumn here in Idaho. I doubt we’ll see much snow. That’s climate change.
Gotta love this place.
