Yesterday was a beautiful day in “The Great Southwest of Michigan.”
Yesterday was a day to open all the windows and let the sunshine and fresh air in.
When we lived in South Carolina, our home was surrounded by tall trees and rarely was there a breeze. That, coupled with the heat, humidity and pollen, had us keeping the house closed up and running the air conditioning most of the time.
The last five weeks here were not much different than South Carolina, only not as extreme.
Yesterday was a treat and I found myself renewed as I completed some chores after church and continued studying for my state board licensing exam this week.
New routines are developing.
