Metaphor Of The Week

I wish I could tell the story, but the time is just not right.

So, I will substitute with,  Not What I Expected  There are a few similarities.

Maybe I’m just weary enough to be honest about the great metaphor of “sitting on my heart.”  Admittedly, I spend too much time in that pursuit. I suppose it is  akin to having your head stuck in some orifice.

The result is the same.

Maybe it’s because the Holiday’s are the most difficult time of the year for folks in my business, especially for those of us who see it as more than just a job. Perhaps, someday I will share the stories, but not today.

The vignettes  would not surprise those of us that have chosen this life, (or did it choose us?), but outsiders wouldn’t get it.

A new year is coming.  There is hope on the horizon, right?

If you need a New Year’s resolution, may  I suggest you read and follow Ann Marie. You never know what she might come up with and it is a fun break from reality.
