This was Maggie’s third, “Last Christmas”.
She continues to beat the point spread. She is soon to turn 13 and that’s just old for a Lab.
For several years now, she has garnered special attention around the Holidays as talk was “This will be Maggie’s last Christmas”. The joke has been on us. Like many smart dogs, she has trained us instead of the other way around.
Good for her and maybe we will update this column next year!
It is not simple getting the four members of our “Fur Family” to sit still for a photo with fake antlers on their heads. Also, because there are so many new readers, if you are a Black Lab fan, you can enter that term in the search box in the upper right hand corner of this page and you can spend the rest of the day reading and looking at pitures.
