This is a picture (right) of your typical Holly bush, about 4′ tall and just a little wider than it is tall. Such shrubs are very common in our part of the Country. This one is at the end of our driveway.
I was walking down to get the mail this afternoon, looked up and saw this Holly “Bush” (see below).
Next week, we will have lived in this house for thirteen years and I have never noticed this “tree” that is almost 40′ tall and bowing from the weight of the berries.
Well, so much for situational awareness.
