Perspective, Attitude & Learning To Dance

This evening, I visited a church in a neighboring community with a new friend who is having some struggles. The church hosts  a peer support group  and I was there to stand with  him as he takes the first steps of  a journey to deal with the fallout of some decisions  that might not have been in his best interest.

While there, I saw this picture.   Image 4

How perfect.

Aren’t our problems made better or worse  depending on our perspective, attitude and  our learning to dance?

I hope he will experience a successful journey, filled with opportunities to learn….and to eventually dance in the rain again.

One Response to Perspective, Attitude & Learning To Dance

Your right. That sign is perfect. I firmly believe that our journey is in the hands of our Lord and when we know that he is in control then we know that there is a lesson that he wants us to learn in everything that we go through. Most of the time what he is trying to teach us is to take our eyes off of the storm and dance with him on top of the water like Peter did.
