To The Highway.

Leaving in a few hours for another 750 mile road-trip “home”.

Stopping for lunch in Roanoake, VA with business buddy (hopefully) and then spending the night at “The Mount” for a mini-retreat, including dinner with two seminarian friends  at The Ott House.

I'll be staying as a guest at the Mt. St. Mary's Seminary tonight.

I’ll be staying as a guest at the Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary tonight.

Friday: Up early for 7am Mass, then breakfast with the seminarians, a vist to the Grotto and then, off to NJ,  to spend a few days with mom and dad and some other relatives.

A few of these trips each year have become a tradition and it does seem strange being 55 and staying with your parents, but it’s a good strange.

. . . to the Batmobile.
