I just received word that another one of my college professors has died. 
By coincidence, I ran into George Winnes back in 2010 and mentioned it in this rambling treatise.
The Mount has announced his death here.
I am so fortunate to have been at that school when there was a outstanding group of priests, men and women who taught us about life…and the “value of a liberal arts education”
Unfortunately, many of them are now absent from this world.
Looks as if the asterisk is getting closer to my name every day.
On the other hand….
Earlier this week, I reconnected on Linkedin, with Bob Pastoor, who was one of the Assistant Deans of Students at The Mount as he was getting his career started. He is now the Vice President for Student Life at Marietta College in Ohio.
