Quiet Again

I just returned from the two-hour round trip, dropping off Megan and her friends from MU, Meg and AJ at CAE for their 0730 flights back to Milwaukee. The three of them spent most of the week at Edisto Beach, enjoying the quiet, Lowcountry of South Carolina. They left yesterday’s 75 degree sunshine in Aiken to head back to snow showers and a high of 20 degrees in Milwaukee today. Better them than me.

Spring break is over.

The week concluded with Megan’s 19th birthday party last nght, which morphed into “Game Night”

Lot’s of visitors, happy noise and multiple, simultaneous conversations.

Back to school for her and to my boring, quiet rountine for me.

    We were thrilled to have the opportunity to see Megan and meet her friends from Marquette … all of them lovely young ladies.
