Kurt, Doug & Me..May, 2011

After almost three and a half years of hosting this blog, I have grown “blogging buddies” on just about every continent. It is interesting to note however, that the biggest concentration is located in Licking County, Ohio.

Augusta, GA blogger, Doug & I have met with Steve Layman twice and Kurt Harden once, on our turf.

There has been talk of us (if our wives will allow us to go) taking a road trip to Newark for a blogging summit, but Doug and I could never get our schedules to sync. Well, I might have the opportunity to go solo. (sorry, Doug)

I read this post last night from CulturalOffering.com: A Conversation Observed and was reminded that at the end of August, I will be driving out to Milwaukee to deposit our youngest daughter at Marquette University and although it is not directly on the way home, it might be close enough to pull it off.

Some of the other blogers that may participate……Patrick…….Rob……CheriEllie…and Andrew

Timing and schedules will rule, but plans are officially under way for a bloggers summit on Thursday, August 22, 2013, somewhere near Newark, OH….

Stay tuned for details; this is long overdue.
