A few weeks ago, I re-blogged a post that concerned me. I was scared for a colleague that I have never met.
I called his funeral home and left a message for him.
I wrote the article and called it, He Needs Help…Please Pray
Several readers followed up, asking if I knew how the story ended.
I had not heard and assumed, that since his blogging returned to “normal”, he was doing better.
It appears my assumption was correct.
It is good to read that he has taken the steps to make some progress.
We need to take care of ourselves….our work, even on a good day is very stressful.
If we cannot take care of ourselves, we cannot continue to take care of those that call on us.
Good luck Caleb and I’ll be taking care of myself next week when we go to the beach for a few days.
Good to hear you are both taking some time to rest, relax and renew. ♥ Enjoy the beach!

We moved to Southwest Michigan last month. We’ve been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years. When we lived in Columbia, we used to go to North Myrtle Beach, but to relax, it has to be Edisto. Nothing to do but nothing 😎
