I Found It!

Back in March, 2011, I reported on the death of someone I considered a dear friend:

Remembering A Friend

At the end of that tribute, I make reference to a photo that I figured would turn up in a “few days”.

Well, it took eighteen months, but I came across it yesterday afternoon as I was rummaging through some boxes. It has now taken a place of honor upon the walls of pictures in my office.

Even now, whenever I drive to downtown Columbia, I stop briefly to visit his grave at Elmwood Cemetery.

May his memory be eternal.

Men like Jimmy Evans are too rare and I thank God that our paths intersected.

Living between Aiken & Charleston,, South Carolina, USA, I like to share what I am looking at, thinking about or listening to. I refer to this as the view out my window. Thanks for stopping by.
