From Harrisburg to State College, the state is having a tough year.
A judge has ruled in Pennsylvania to have the State
reimburse legal costs to the funeral directors that sued the State Board….and won.
Back in May, I mentioned it here.
The books are littered with silly laws that serve no good purpose and are older than most of the folks who need to follow them.
Maybe this case will turn the tide to common sense.
