Birth Comes To Us All

As I begin to get in the mood of acknowledging the upcoming Father’s Day holiday, I thought it might be nice to start off with a thirty three year old ballad from The Good Rats.

This piece is really a one of a kind song from this hard rocking bunch from Long Island, NY. It touches on some of the things we rarely think about…but should.

I remember writing the words down to this song while in college as a feeble ‘Thank You” to my parents. Last year my mother showed me that handwritten note…..I was amazed that she kept it.
