After spending four days in sunny, Scottsdale, AZ, I made it back just hours before the first measurable snowfall in eight years shut down area airports with between 5″-8″ of snow.
It was great to see my “Think Tank Friends”. These folks are some of the most caring funeral directors that I have ever known. Aside from being caring, they are, hands down, the most innovative business owners that I have to honor of sharing ideas with. Look for tidbits from the meeting in days to come.
I will also be setting up a Twitter account, along with a Facebook page for our locations. I have also started learning the new, Google “Buzz” program.
