I attended an executive board meeting a few days ago and the front of each of our packets bore this sticky note, (somewhat in jest).
I suppose we could have become apprehensive and had a bad afternoon…but that would have probably led us to the wrong answers.
If you can’t change the facts, you better change the attitude…Zig Ziglar.
Instead, we dug in and got it done.
The challenge was not all that big.
It surely was not bigger than our ideas….we won.
The sticky note is now nothing more that the topic of an obscure blog post.
