Not known as a member of the “vast, right-wing conspiracy”, Peggy Noonan chimes in with some interesting observations of both, recent political conventions.

She offers up some well-deserved shots at both parties.

This is a slightly funny piece and is easy to appreciate, regardless of your ideology.
