Haven’t had much time to spend blogging the last week or so as we have been particularly busy at work, but I wanted to get something posted, so here are two, quick photos I took with the iPhone in the last twelve hours.
One is of “Henry”, an adorable, 8-week old Rottweiler puppy (with island-size paws) that is temporarily lodging with us before he goes to his permanent home. The four Labs find him amusing and haven’t exhibited any aggression towards him.The other photo is of this morning’s beautiful sunrise.
We will be having some friends/business associates visiting this upcoming week, so between them and services, I probably won’t have much time to spend in this endeavor, but will post as time allows.
Since meeting the puppy last night, I have not been able to get this song out of my head….”Henry” by The New Riders of the Purple Sage. The boys are getting older, not unlike me, but that “B-Bender Telecaster” still sings.
The subject of this song is not endorsed by this blogger

Henry, the Rottweiler, is adorable! Would love to have seen all five kids together!!
I listened to “Henry” and loved the music, however, I couldn’t understand what they were singing…..just as well, huh?
I did have to look up “B-Bender Telecaster” on the web and got a kick out of finding out that it was a guitar!! Now why doesn’t that surprise me!
